2006 Nationals Silver Award for Best Attached Home Plan Under $500,000 Legend Homes’ The Q Condominiums at Orenco Station in Hillsboro, Oregon, was recognized with a Nationals Silver Award for the Portico model, presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

2006 Building Excellence Awards
Legend Homes’ The Q Condominiums at Orenco Station in Hillsboro, Oregon, was recognized with a Building Excellence Award for the Raleigh model, presented by the Portland Home Builders Association. The Raleigh was awarded the best single-family attached home, priced under $250,000. An honorable mention was also given to the Portico model for the best single-family attached home, priced between $250,000 and $350,000.

2006 Building Excellence Award
Legend Homes’ Village at Orenco community in Hillsboro, Oregon, was recognized with a Building Excellence Award for the Brighton model, presented by the Portland Home Builders Association. The Brighton was awarded the best single-family detached home by a builder of 50 homes or more per year, priced between $400,000 and $449,900.

2005 Builder of the Year
Jim Chapman, President of Legend Homes, has again been selected by the Portland Home Builders Association as the recipient of the 2005 “Builder of the Year” award. The criteria for evaluating and selecting nominees for this award are based on the following four service areas: leadership in HBA, participation in HBA, support of the industry and community involvement.

Legend Homes’ Bauer Highlands community in Northwest Portland was recognized with a Building Excellence Award for their Aberdeen model, presented by the Portland Home Builders Association. The Aberdeen was awarded the best single-family detached home by a builder of 50 homes or more per year, priced between $375,000 to $399,999.

2004 Gold Nugget Awards: Award of Merit
Legend Homes’ FountainCourt Condominium and Townhome community was honored with an Award of Merit for Best Attached Product in the 2004 Gold Nugget Awards competition, an international architectural competition. FountainCourt was chosen from a very competitive field of 650 entries. The Award of Merit was presented to Legend Homes at the 41st Annual Gold Nugget Awards Ceremony, a feature highlight of PCBC: The Premier Building Show in San Francisco. We are proud to have such an outstanding community get recognized by our industry peers.

2004 Nationals Silver Award for Sales Person/Team of the Year
Legend Homes’ sales team at Bauer Highlands, Bob Raczkowski and Daisy Mallari, were recognized with a Nationals Silver Award for Sales Person/Team of the Year, presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

2003 Best in American Living Award (BALA), Platinum
Professional Builder magazine presented Legend Homes’ Stonewater at Orenco with a Regional and Platinum (National) Best in American Living Award for Urbanist Approach and Innovative Design. Stonewater was recognized as one of the nation’s best new housing designs for the “best neighborhood up to and including 150 units.”

2003 Gold Nugget Awards: Award of Merit
Legend Homes’ Stonewater at Orenco village-style community was honored with an Award of Merit for Best Community Site Plan in the 2003 Gold Nugget Awards competition, an international architectural competition. Stonewater at Orenco was chosen from a very competitive field of 617 entries and is truly a beautiful and livable condominium and townhome community.
