Flooring
Legend Homes uses finish-in-place earth-friendly (because they can be refinished numerous times) real hardwood floors. Legend Homes also offers pre-finished, hand-scraped Walnut or Hickory hardwoods. All wood is from sustainable forests, and includes Brazilian cherry, maple, hickory, red and white oak.

We install carpeting from Shaw Industries™, the maker of recyclable nylon fiber carpet, a new environmentally-friendly industry practice. Whether you desire plush, frieze or Berber, your design consultant will guide you through the dozens of looks, textures and colors to perfect your new home.

Our communities are furnished with vinyl floors from Mannington™, Armstrong™ and Congoleum™. Discover more about these creative collections of patterns and textures at the Design Center.

Surfaces
Countertops and backsplashes are available in ceramic tile, porcelain tile, 12” x 12” granite tile or slab granite. Legend Homes is excited to now offer innovative quartz-composite slab counters of bacteria- and maintenance-free Silestone in a large array of colors.
Note: Standard features vary per community, but most are available as optional upgrades.
