Laurie Rubenstein has been in the homeselling business since the late 1980's and is a native Oregonian.  As the principal broker for Legend Homes, she heads a team of 20 staff that is specifically trained to understand ever-changing customer needs. Laurie has been inducted as a member into the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM), the most prestigious sales and marketing designation given by the National Association of Homebuilders. She is dedicated to providing homebuyers with the best new home sales professionals in the region.  To ensure customer satisfaction, she leads her staff in regular trainings that build on a model of continuous quality improvement.


Michelle Rosa, Closing Coordinator
Michelle Rosa has been with Legend Homes since 1999, chiefly as the Account Manager in our Financial Department as well as Loan Processor. Michelle is the liason between our homebuyers, their lenders and the title companies for smooth, on-time closings on new Legend Homes. She is energetic and committed to providing homebuyers fast, courteous and professional service. She has a warm and caring personality about her that puts them at ease during this exciting time.
