30-year fixed
The interest rate remains the same for the 30-year term.

15-year fixed
The interest rate remains the same for the 15-year term.

7/1 ARM
The interest rate stays fixed for 7 years, amortized over 30 years, then turning into an adjustable rate after 7 years.

7/1 ARM, interest only
The interest is all you pay; however, you have the option to pay principal, too.

5/1 ARM
The interest rate stays fixed for 5 years, amortized over 30 years, turning into an adjustable rate after 5 years.

5/1 ARM, interest only
The interest is all you pay; however, you have the option to pay principal, too.

3/1 ARM
The rate is fixed for 3 years, amortized over 30 years, then turns into an adjustable rate after 3 years.

3/1 ARM, interest only
The interest is all you pay; however, you have the option to pay the principal, too.

Please call us for a quote on a second mortgage. The interest rate can be used in conjunction with the above programs to create an 80% first mortgage and a 5%, 10%, 15% or 20% second mortgage.
