My wife and I just wanted to express our appreciation for all that Legend has done for us over the past several months as we have been building our home. Even as your company has weathered the most recent financial storm, everyone member of your team has remained upbeat, positive and ready to assist us. Even the subcontractors that we meet on the job site have nothing but smiles for us and are always willing to answer our questions. It's during the most difficult times that we all discover what we are truly made of and over the past few weeks, Legend has shown that they are in a class by themselves. Having everyone remain supportive and be responsive to our needs has only reinforced our original decision to do business with your company. It's been a wonderful experience watching it all come together and we are very proud that one day soon we will own a Legend home. The attention to detail and using the same contractors over the years makes Legend a wonderful company. I owned a larger home and now I'm in one of their condos, and it's still a great experience. I'm happy that they are still in business. I hope they stay in business with as crappy as the market is. The subcontractors were wonderful and I called them back several times to do some upgrading, because the house was under roof when I bought it. The quality of the work and the relationship that Legend has with it's contractors ensures a quality job.

I am actually a Real Estate Broker and have sold several Legend Homes over the years. I prefer them because of the high standards they uphold for not only the quality of building materials and workmanship but the customer service. I have never had one complaint about anything with any Legend Homes and totally love mine now!

I think with the overall quality of the home compared to all the otherhomes we looked at for new construction. They just probably spent a little more to make it a higher quality. We felt like a lot of the standard features in their homes were what we would have chosen anyway. A lot of the other home builders we looked at were all about selling the upgrades.

Closing took place about 10 days before the promised closing date on the purchase contract. Any time you can occupy your house sooner than advertised, the better. I was pleased with the entire staff at Legend Homes.

Your one-year warranty service is a great thing. Actively soliciting from customers any concerns they may have about your product is a true sign of how good your company is, how much it cares about quality workmanship, and how committed it is to customer satisfaction.
And it's all made even better through the efforts of your truly superb people, such as Johnathan. He has a great way of explaining how much the company can do, and what it can't do. He goes out of his way to make sure all the points of concern are noted, and even notes others that his practiced eyes see. He is an outstanding example of why your company is truly outstanding. When first I saw it, I thought your advertising was just so much brag and boast. But since becoming a Legend owner, I've come to know it's just plain fact.

I bought a townhouse at Stonewater earlier this year. I'm a first-time homebuyer and it's been a (surprisingly) smooth and straightforward experience for me. I've actually really enjoyed it! Thanks in large part to the Legend team and your quality homes.
I just wanted to recognize Jason for his excellent, exceptional service. I did my initial walk-through with him and that was also a very good experience for me. Jason really represents your company well. So much so that I have a very positive impression of Legend, as does my real estate agent, who has been recommending it to her other clients (my townhouse was her first experience with you).
